Terms of service

Last updated: November 2026

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all purchases made at graft-co.com (the "Website"), operated by Graft & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Website.

1.3 We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.

1.4 We may amend, update or correct information on the Website at any time without prior notice, including product descriptions, prices, images, availability and typographical errors. If we correct an error that affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

1.5 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is the intellectual property of Graft & Co and may not be used without our prior written consent.

2. Orders

2.1 Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, a payment problem, a pricing error, or if the product is unavailable. Where we cancel, you are refunded in full.

2.2 We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or contact details supplied by you. If your details are wrong, email us as soon as possible. We can usually change them before dispatch.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any taxes applicable at checkout.

3.2 We ship on a duty-paid basis. You should not be asked to pay customs charges, duties or handling fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an additional charge, do not pay it. Contact us and we will deal with it.

3.3 Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

3.4 Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

3.5 Discounts and multi-buy offers, for example buy 2, get 2 free, apply as shown at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 UK delivery is free on orders of £16.95 and over. Below that, standard delivery is £3.99.

4.2 Orders are sent with Royal Mail, insured and tracked, every parcel. You receive a tracking link by email. Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 working days.

4.3 Our dispatch cutoff is 5pm, seven days a week. Priority Dispatch (£2.99) is an optional service that moves your order to the front of the queue for packing. It is not a faster delivery service and does not change the Royal Mail transit time.

4.4 Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control are not our responsibility, but we will help you chase a parcel that has gone quiet. Just email us.

4.5 Your order remains our risk until it is delivered to you or to a person or place you have nominated. If something is lost or damaged in transit, that is for us to put right, not you.

4.6 If a parcel is refused, or is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods less the actual cost of return carriage and handling.

5. Returns, refunds and the 365-shift guarantee

5.1 You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order for a refund, for any reason or none. Worn and washed makes no difference. This is more than the 14 days you are entitled to under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5.2 Our 365-shift guarantee runs for 500 days from delivery. If you wear a pair through inside that time, we replace it free. Email us a photo. That is the whole process. No posting the old pair back and no receipt needed.

5.3 Contact us at hello@graft-co.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address. The address printed on your parcel belongs to the delivery courier and cannot accept returns.

5.4 Except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is at your own cost. We do not provide prepaid labels or arrange collections. Before you pay for international postage, ask us. A partial refund to keep the socks is often the cheaper option for you.

5.5 Full details, including how refunds are calculated on multi-buy orders, are set out in our Refund & Returns policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Faults, damage and wrong items

6.1 Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any fault, damage or wrong item as soon as you reasonably can, with clear photographs of the issue and your order number.

6.2 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and rights to a repair, replacement or price reduction after that. Nothing in this Agreement limits those rights.

6.3 Where a claim is accepted, we cover all return costs and apply no fees or deductions. We will put it right by replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;
  • delays caused by third parties such as carriers or customs;
  • damage caused by use, handling or washing contrary to the care instructions supplied;
  • loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control, as set out in clause 8.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.3, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned.

7.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Events outside our control

Events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, war, carrier failure or major technical outages, release us from liability for delivery delays or for being unable to perform, for as long as the event continues. If a delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

9. Privacy and data

Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By ordering, you agree to us processing your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which Graft & Co is registered, and any dispute shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory right or protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
