Before you write
Two things make it quicker for both of us:
- Put your order number in the message. It is at the top of your confirmation email.
- If something has gone wrong with a pair, send a photo. That is all we need to sort a guarantee claim or a fault.
Quick answers
Where is my order? Every parcel goes with Royal Mail, insured and tracked. You get a tracking link by email once it is packed. Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 working days. Our dispatch cutoff is 5pm, seven days a week.
I want to send something back. You have 30 days from delivery, and worn or washed makes no difference. Email us first so we can give you the return address. The address printed on your parcel belongs to the delivery courier and cannot accept returns. Full details are in our Refund & Returns policy.
A pair has worn through. That is what the 365-shift guarantee is for, 500 days from delivery. Send a photo and your order number and we replace the pair free of charge. Nothing to post back and no receipt needed.
What size am I? M is UK 5 to 8, L is UK 8.5 to 11, XL is UK 11.5 to 14. Order your normal shoe size. If you are between two, take the larger.
Will they fit in my boots? The cushion sits in two zones under the heel and the ball, and the rest of the knit stays thin, so your boot fit does not change. If you wear them with laces fully done up and they feel tight on the first shift, give the laces a notch and tell us how you get on.
